Matthew Jeffery is a leading light in the world of recruitment and currently VP/global head of sourcing and employment brand for SAP, the world leader in software enterprise applications.

Working with SAP has seen him take it on an award-winning and radical journey. Previous to SAP, he headed EMEA recruitment & employment brand for Autodesk, and spent seven years at Electronic Arts, predominantly overseeing European studio recruitment & global employment branding. He is also a well-known author of the visionary articles on the future of recruitment — the Recruitment 3.0, 4.0, & 5.0 articles he wrote with ERE, and is a regular contributor to heavyweight publications on sourcing and recruitment.
