Janis Kreilis is the CEO and co-founder of recruitment tech company Hyperjob, improving the way businesses market their open positions with the help of job microsites and AI-enabled sourcing tools. Prior to his current venture, Janis founded an internationally-focused recruitment agency and a networking NGO. He holds degrees from Penn and Columbia and is currently based in his native Latvia with his wife and son.
