Cassie Roe is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Funko and an ERE contributor. A University of Washington graduate with a background in psychology, she has been recruiting since 2004 and has hired for companies including Concur Technologies, Cobalt, Vertafore, and Mike’s Hard Lemonade. Her recruiting experience spans a wide range of roles, especially across software, hardware, and IT. Cassie has partnered closely with sales organizations on role design, segmentation, and hiring strategy.
