As the editor of SourceCon, this is a question I hear often. It’s time to address the issue at SourceCon.

Mark Tortorici and Balazs Paroczay have both hired and trained hundreds of sourcers and recruiters. Because of that, they’re uniquely qualified to provide insight on the characteristics of a good sourcer.

They will each speak for 20 minutes about what they look for when they hire or train sourcers. Leaders will learn to identify good talent. Sourcers and recruiters will learn more about the skills they need to hone to reach their maximum potential.
