Yes, a lot of people don’t love their jobs, or aren’t getting the pay they deserve, the recognition they deserve, the flexibility, the training, or something else.

To deal with the low unemployment rate, Ladd’s plan is to recruit. Constantly. Everywhere. We talk about that in the podcast below, including the need to recruit at conferences and retail stores you go to; to not rule out older people; and to not constantly think about screening people out. After all, the best people have the worst resumes.
