She believes the most successful leaders are those who work for their teams as much as they work with them because talent blossoms when given the right conditions to succeed. She's currently on the Brand Awareness Marketing team at Salesforce, but when she's not making cool commercials or advising creative strategy, you'll find her hangin' with her puppy (Luffy Chan) wandering a new city, watching anime with her husband, writing stories, or cooking a tasty new recipe.

Nicolle Mueller is a seasoned learning and development professional with over a decade of experience in organizational development across diverse industries. She has led large-scale leadership development programs, including managing Banfield Pet Hospital's annual conference for over 600 attendees. At Stellar Elements, Nicolle developed and facilitated a year-long global leadership program. With expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on project execution, she excels in content creation, program management, and leadership development. Outside of work, Nicolle enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family playing board games.
