Previously at Rippling, she spearheaded the company’s global onboarding program, employer branding, and engagement strategies during a period of rapid growth. Geneva has also held leadership roles at Zendesk and EY, where she drove complex transformation initiatives, cross-functional program delivery, and strategic partner enablement. She is the Co-Founder of Horizon Human, where she designs and leads HR transformation initiatives, leveraging her expertise in evaluating Artificial Intelligence and Automation solutions to optimize talent strategies and organizational effectiveness.

Most recently, she led the Product Organization for Talent Acquisition at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing strategic recruitment initiatives including skills-based hiring and implementing AI-powered hiring solutions. She also led the Chase Recruiting Organization, driving operational excellence in talent acquisition for one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
