Formerly President of Talent Board and the Candidate Experience Awards, Talent Board merged with ERE Media in 2023. The CandEs as they’re known is the first research program focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Kevin has over 25 years of domain expertise in HR and recruiting and has written two books: Tech Job Hunt Handbook in 2012 from Apress, and Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance in 2022 from Kogan Page.

Justin Noll

Justin Noll is the Vice President of Marketing at Sense, the AI-powered talent engagement platform, where he is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy.

Previously, Justin led global demand generation for six years at Phenom where he was named a 2019 “Best Marketing Leader” by Comparably. Prior to Phenom, he held multiple marketing leadership roles at software companies in the IT and ecommerce industries.
