Fast-growing, Fortune 500 IT services firm Cognizant is trying something new in recruiting: Twitter chats.
Cognizant (which has two talent-acquisition leaders speaking at ERE’s October conference in Atlanta) just held the first of what will likely be many more conversations with job seekers on Twitter. This first one was mainly for a college audience.
