Shannon Smedstad has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee communications as a practitioner and consultant. Currently, she serves as a senior brand strategist at exaqueo, an employer brand consulting firm. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Association for Financial Professionals, GEICO, and CEB (now Gartner).
