As the head of compensation and people analytics, Sam Feldman focuses on helping clients make better HR decisions using data, primarily focusing on compensation design, recruiting reporting, and survey analysis. Prior to Gray Scalable, she was on the people analytics team at AOL, and before that spent time as an HR program manager and campus recruiter.
She holds an MS in Analytics from NYU Stern and a BA in Psychology from Colgate University. She loves dogs, crossword puzzles, bourbon, and anything produced by Ken Burns.
