My unique perspective comes from 10+ years of experience running a renowned national executive recruitment firm, whereby I consulted with some of the most prestigious organizations & coveted employees in the nation. This unique perspective is coupled my extensive education & training in I/O psychology, HRM, and psychometric testing. I also conceptualized, created, developed, launched, and sold two technology companies. One of which was an international immigration-based recruitment software which received countless innovation awards, and was eventually sold to investors in 2016.
