Now as chairman and chief executive pfficer of RCI Recruitment Solutions, his leadership skills radically transformed the business. He evolved RCI from a small publisher of employment guides to a large national human resources services organization. He has 30+ years of leadership experience in the talent acquisition and career management industry, building brands and strategically guiding companies in employment, talent, and recruitment services.
