James Romberg

James Romberg is currently a technical recruiting manager for SGCConsulting, a  federal subcontractor providing IT and engineering support services on behalf of the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Justice, and multiple federal civilian agencies. Prior to that, James has spent nearly his entire career as a recruiter and a recruiting leader in the financial services industry. His main focuses of interest are recruiting data analytics, high volume recruiting, recruitment marketing, and creating a better workplace and candidate experience for every worker.
