myNoticePeriod was started by a couple fellows with experience at Yahoo and Oracle. Employees can quickly test the waters before they start their new job, and try to get an offer from an alternate employer quickly.
Employers, for now in India, can search through a list of the people who are having the second thoughts, and see how many days they have until the new-job clock stops ticking (see the search results I show below).
Rishabh Kaul tells me that he envisions the company taking on a model more like Hired.com (previously called DeveloperAuction) in the future.
