Hiring Wisdom: Who Is Your Next Great Employee?

Who is going to be your next great employee?

You can start by asking yourself these three questions before you start looking:

Describe how he or she “looks” in terms of mental and physical capacities, skills, attitudes, and personality traits, and, more importantly, his or her dreams and desires.
What kind of background does she/he have and what has she/he accomplished? What obstacles have they overcome?
What are you going to do to help make him or her better, and, help them to accomplish their dreams?
