Promotions increase risk of job hopping. It sounds counterintuitive but new findings reveals that within a month after their first promotion, 29% of people had left their employer — compared to a rate of 18% for those who did not receive a promotion. (ADP Research)

The push to legitimize credentials just got a major lift. A new initiative was just launched to develop and implement an evaluation model for vetting the quality of alternative credential providers. The Higher Learning Commission’s new Credential Lab aims to help numerous stakeholders determine the value and validity of numerous credentials. (University Business)
