Promotions increase risk of job hopping. It sounds counterintuitive but new findings reveals that within a month after their first promotion, 29% of people had left their employer — compared to a rate of 18% for those who did not receive a promotion. (ADP Research)

The push to legitimize credentials just got a major lift. A new initiative was just launched to develop and implement an evaluation model for vetting the quality of alternative credential providers.
