Do YOU say what YOU will do and do all that YOU say YOU will?
Do you recruit, hire, and retain only high-quality staff?
Have sales, customer satisfaction, and profits improved since you became an owner or manager?
Do you regularly suggest new products, systems, and procedures and help put them successfully in place?
Do other staff members seek you out, formally and informally, for help, guidance, direction or support? If not, why not?
