3 Speakers You Really Don’t Want to Miss at TLNT’s Transform Conference

Here’s a question I get asked by people a lot: why should I attend the TLNT Transform conference next February in Austin, Texas?

I give a lot of different answers to that including that Transform, unlike so many other events, is forward-looking and will focus on what you need to do to succeed in the future, not just today. Tim’s topic at Transform is, of course, as provocative as he is — it’s on What Your CEO Wished HR Would Do. That’s a subject I think we all want to hear about.
Libby Sartain — It’s hard to know what to say about Libby because there is so much you can say given that she’s an HR legend in her own right. A former chair of the SHRM Board of Directors, Libby is famous for her work as Chief HR Officer at Yahoo! and before that, at Southwest Airlines. Currently a business advisor and board member of both ManpowerGroup and Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Libby will talk at Transform about The New Consumer of Work, and how you can help lead your organization ahead by treating your workers more like consumers and less like employees.
