By combining his nearly 20 years of experience as a human resources manager and educator, Jon leads the development of new and engaging ways to better connect employees with their employers, and vice versa. Jon spent more than nine years as a senior human resources executive with Kohl?s Corporation (Kohl?s Department Stores) where he led organization wide human resource initiatives for more than 105,000 employees. He is an accomplished speaker and has written numerous articles on recruitment, hiring and employment. Jon serves as an adjunct faculty member of both University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Alverno College.
