Jeff Garton

Jeff Garton is an ASTD best-selling career author, certified professional career coach, career columnist for Military.com, and the former head of global staffing for Kraft Foods and Miller Brewing. After leaving the corporate world, he managed his own retained search firm, servicing U.S. companies in China and Europe. He coined the term and published the first book and learning resources on the topic of Career Contentment and the Jobseeker Success Mindset to achieve it. He lives in a North Shore suburb of Chicago with his wife and two teenage sons. Hi most recent book is a collaboration effort with leadership guru Dr. Warren Bennis.
