After this year’s Supreme Court ruling, the ACA (Affordable Care Act) is obviously here to stay. Firms that are not compliant are not protecting their clients and will eventually be forced to be in compliance.
Use the fact that your firm is ACA compliant as a differentiator that is protecting your clients and candidates. ACA can actually be a windfall for staffing and recruiting firms when companies near the 50 employee level decide to hire temporary or contract employees. It goes back to stressing the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) to your clients when you are having this discussion.
