You may have seen that at the April ERE conference in San Diego, we’re going to share results of a survey about how talent-acquisition professionals truly feel today about their roles and their opportunities to be successful in their TA career. We’ll cover how talent-acquisition rofessionals currently feel about their careers, their ability to learn and grow, if they feel supported or understood, and what they need to be successful.
We’ve got the survey up that’ll be used to build that session. We’d love for you to take it.
The survey’s aimed at all TA professionals, including ATAP members and non-members, and everyone from corporate full-cycle recruiters to sourcers to agency recruiters to employment branding specialists to tech and service vendors, and more.
It takes five to ten minutes to complete, and like I said, results will be unveiled in San Diego, followed by an article on the ATAP website.
