Princeton University has launched a new site for staff jobs, and it looks a little like the kind of thing you’d see in the corporate world.
The university also has a new talent-acquisition system and application. At least some of the names working on the new site and related projects may ring familiar: Riviera Advisors, iCIMS, exaqueo, and Groupbrand.
The survey, focus groups, interviews, design, and other work all together took about two years. The end theme (or employee value proposition, in talent-acquisition parlance) is “More Impact Than You Can Imagine.” A join-our-talent-community option is there, too.
