Global Talent Acquisition — It’s a Thing!

Global talent acquisition is indeed a Thing. In fact, with the right strategy and tools for sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement, global recruitment teams can virtually “follow the sun,” accelerating the speed and quality of hiring.

It’s also a thing I spoke with Ben Gotkin about, in the podcast embedded below (it’s also available on iTunes). In 2016, Gotkin founded ATAP, the new association for the recruiting profession that’s already populated by some of the giants and rising stars in corporate TA and RPO.

It’s about time for a organization that recognizes the globality of the TA profession, providing a virtual “place” to network, build skills, establish standards, and embrace ethics.

For those who want to hear more about ATAP, check out the podcast below I recorded at ERE in San Diego last month. If you want to hear more from Ben, come to his session on Recruiters Recruiting Recruiters this October. And if you want to hear more from me, you can do that too this fall at my session together with these talent-acquisition leaders.
