Embed Code Basics for Your Careers Site

The candidate experience can be greatly enhanced through embed codes that pull in unique content and tools like chatbots, Spotify playlists, Instagram feeds, and more. In fact, you almost certainly already have an embed code live on your career site now which pulls in the jobs from your ATS.

However, if you don’t have a lot of experience updating your careers site, they may seem like a lot of work to integrate and maintain. Luckily, that’s not the case, as most embed codes take five minutes to drop into a website.

This simplicity means you can easily A/B test whether having something like a talent community on your site is a good idea, before making a larger investment. Simply drop a line of code on the site to get your new initiative live, and then analyze the results to understand whether or not this had an impact on your hiring goals.
