Decrease Your Candidate Drop off

We’re all trying to get more amazing people into our hiring funnels. We spend time sourcing, money on job ads, and hours thinking of creative ways to get in front of the right people.

However, if you have a tedious apply process, all the time spent building your top of funnel is more or less worthless.

We ran into a staffing company recently that found all of their sourcing efforts were mostly in vain.

This particular company had a 75 percent applicant drop-off rate. For every 100 people who started an application, it’d only get 25 applicants!

Luckily, it identified this problem and was able to run several experiments to fix it. At the end of the day, it was able to get its drop off rate down to 4 percent, a huge difference.

Here’s how.
