Shelly Holt is the chief people officer of PayScale. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Shelly oversees talent management, recruitment, learning and development, workforce planning, total rewards, and all HR programs and services. Shelly is passionate about growing people and careers, creating a culture of inclusion and engagement, and enabling the future of work.
Prior to PayScale, Shelly served as VP of learning and development at Expedia Group. She was also VP of talent, learning, and leadership development at SAP, where she was responsible for growing and developing talent for the company’s cloud business and executive teams. Additionally, Shelly was senior director of talent, learning, and leadership development at Concur for more than a decade prior to the company’s acquisition by SAP.
Shelly has a degree in economics and political science from Seattle Pacific University. She lives in Seattle and enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband and two kids.
