What we already know about recruiting women: it’s ineffective, insufficient, and often a dismal failure. We acknowledge there’s a problem. What we haven’t identified are actionable recruiting solutions. The critical talent-acquisition question is, “What’s so different about hiring women than men?”

Spence, recorded this with me at ERE’s conference last month in D.C., has had an amazing journey from a career as an insurance adjuster to building an award-winning Risk & HR Consulting practice, she also authored “Leadership Self-Transformation: 52 Career-Defining Questions Every High-Achieving Woman Must Answer.”
