Under Armour, though not lacking in quantity of applicants, is live with a new career site it hope will improve quality and make people more aware of the variety of positions available at the company.
The new site, it hopes, will bring in humble, hungry, innovative employees. “Best in Every Game,” it says. It also includes a tool to match candidates to jobs based on their LinkedIn profiles.
Like with Cisco, the images were taken by Under Armour’s own employees, who regularly take shots of athletes.
Under Armour also has new reporting and analytics capabilities with the new site, which took a bit under a year, including focus groups, design, writing and more (with help from TMP).
In the coming month, Under Armour will spread the word about its refined brand further over social media.
