A trio of recruiting-technology newbies you may not know of:

  • In beta is Ipply, an app that helps startups and small businesses organize their applicants. Right now its features are focused on craiglist applicants, but the company (owned by Jobs2Careers) plans to add platforms in the future.
  • Werkabee, out of the UK, says it’s not about jobs. Instead, the matchmaking app is about finding entrepreneurial opportunities, internships, mentors, and research.
  • Talent Engine, from Dave Mendoza, “maintains and updates your valuable candidate data.” It describes how it works here.
