We all like to complain about corporate career sites. They can be cookie cutter, with seen-one, seem-’em-all generic, quasi-employee-value propositions plastered all over. Great opportunities! We value our people!
They can be hard to navigate. They can be unhelpful, lacking specifics about what it’d actually be like to work at a company.
But there are sites that do at least one thing awfully well. (In most cases, it’s not about high-tech career site bells and whistles, but about a specific employee value proposition). Below, I take a look at a few of those sites, with a really brief audio track you can play next to four of the images.
Hit the triangle on the audio tracks to play my comments.
