By a Landslide, Flexible Work Is a Success

Only a handful of people said that flextime — even with no “core hours” — as well as compressed work weeks, phased retirement, and paid time off for volunteer work are not successful policies.

SHRM used a sample of 4,475 people, and got 525 responses.
