Inavero’s 2014 Best of Staffing Awards are out and dozens of firms have been honored for achieving high scores from clients, candidates or both.
In conjunction with CareerBuilder, Inavero recognizes those staffing firms achieving a minimum Net Promoter Score of 50%; the average score of those making the client list was 67%. That’s more than eight times the average score for the staffing and recruiting industry, and it means that clients of the award winners recommend the firm to others, promoting it by word of mouth and mouse.
Those firms winning a place on the candidate list averaged 63%, which is twice the national average of all firms.
Firms pay a fee to participate in the survey, and must provide client or candidate names and contact information, depending on which group – or both – to survey. Inavero invites them to complete a simple, three question survey. The results are provided to the firm, as is other data. Top scoring firms are recognized in each of the two categories.
