Don’t Forget About This Applicant Tracking System: It’s Getting A Whole Lot of Funding

Some funding news for today: $30 million for an applicant-tracking system that perhaps hasn’t gotten the ink that LeverGreenhouse, and Jobvite have of late.

SmartRecruiters, whose clients include Equinox Fitness Clubs and Skechers, will use the money expand its product and expand globally with the funds.

Also from the recruiting grapevine:

    • Crave 5 is a new recruiting firm that, instead of just presenting candidates, is “providing executive scorecards outlining the key factors that match the candidate to the client’s position, company, and overall company culture.” This includes thing like their personality traits, technical skills, soft skills, career goals, and cultural matches.

    • The Muse raised $16 million.

    • Comeet, a recruiting system founded in Tel Aviv, has also wrapped up a funding round.

    • JobAdder says its Europe/UK client based doubled since February.

    • Tasty Hire launched at a conference in Philadelphia. Job seekers use it to introduce themselves with a 30-second video. The three co-founders are currently raising seed money, and are based in New York.

    • Crowded.com secured $3.3 million. It’s a mobile network where hourly/contingent workers can build profiles, get verified, find training, and get matched to jobs/gigs.
