5 Key Metrics for Your Talent Pipeline

Many talent-acquisition teams are starting to proactively nurture pools of candidates into pipelines or talent communities. When a new req comes in, a recruiter can mine the database of warm talent, as opposed to having to start fresh posting a job or sourcing for new candidates. This decreases time to fill and cost per hire.
