Dr. Patti held HR leadership roles at Scott Paper Company, Reebok, KB Toys, International Specialty Products, Elizabeth Arden and United Retail Group. Dr. Patti has taught at Widener University and Temple University, in Philadelphia, and is currently an adjunct professor in the MBA Program at Montclair State University, in Montclair, New Jersey.
