In October 2008, The Newman Group released a report based on a comprehensive survey of ERE members to gauge the state of Talent Acquisition among companies today. This is the fourth year that The Newman Group has conducted the survey and the first with ERE, and the results and feedback were great. In this Webinar, Sally Millick, Newman Group expert and developer of the survey and whitepaper, will share findings from the survey and explore the insights of the report. This is a great chance to gain a better understanding of how others in the industry are addressing talent acquisition issues and challenges relating to people, processes and technology. It will also provide a valuable peer and industry perspective on the solutions that are emerging, the results companies are achieving and what we may expect for the future. Prior to joining The Newman Group, Sally managed recruiting and staffing for Bausch & Lomb, Inc., and prior to that she was a Director of Staffing and Employee Development for Keane, Inc. She has presented at workshops for many national recruitment and staffing conferences. Sally holds a BA from Potsdam College.
