Mr. Foos is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business in 1980. He started his career with Andersen Consulting where he spent eight years as a Business Systems Consultant and Project Manager working in their Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, and Consumer Products groups. In 1992, Mr. Foos accepted the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) with American Home Foods. After three years as their CIO, he was promoted to the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations where he assumed the additional responsibility for global manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
When American Home Foods was divested in 1997, Mr. Foos accepted the position of Division President for Parker Reorder Online, a Florida based "dot com"" subsidiary of Hospitality Worldwide Services. In the wake of the "dot com"" down turn, Mr. Foos successfully launched his own consulting company, Harbor Light Management Services, and in 2007 added Harbor Light Recruiting to his portfolio. Mr. Foos has served as the Executive Director of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) since 2006 and has previously served as a board member and co-chair for Staffing.org’s Metric’s Roundtable.
