Elaine Orler has focused her career on implementing and managing recruitment solutions for large organizations since 1993. Her introduction to recruitment technology started as an employee of Qualcomm Inc. and Gateway Computers, and shifted to consulting in 1999. She has built and managed service offerings and teams for well known consulting firms like Watson Wyatt Consulting, Talent Market Group, The Newman Group, and Knowledge Infusion. In her 16 years in the industry she has worked with both practitioners and solution providers to shape the way Talent Acquisition solutions are defined and delivered. She is currently focusing her attention on driving greater adoption of global centric acquisition systems, the convergence of the Talent Management paradigm, and the revolution of web 2.0 and social media based edge solutions.
