What is the focus of the conference?

ER Expo 2005 Spring will take place September 28-30, 2005, in Boston, Mass. The conference will be held at the world-class conference facilities of the John B. Hynes Convention Center.

What types of registration options are you offering? How do I register?

To register for the ER Expo 2005 Fall, visit www.erexpo.com/register. This year we are offering three ways to attend: a Full Conference Pass, a One-Day Conference Pass, and an Exhibit Hall Only Pass. These options are priced to suit any budget.

How much does it cost? Are there group discounts?

A Full Conference Pass is priced at $1395. But we've added a number of discount options to bring that price down. With our early bird discounts, a Full Conference Pass can be had for as little as $995. We've also added significant discounts for additional attendees from the same company: after your purchase of the first Full Conference Pass, each additional attendee is as little as $795! Can I pay by check?

Check orders are accepted for most orders. You will receive an invoice by email, and your reservation will be held for 30 days. We are not accepting check orders for Exhibit Hall Only Passes, however.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations may be made for a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee; however, no refunds will be given after August 28, 2005. If you need to cancel, you can so by emailing a cancellation notice, along with your order confirmation number, name of attendee, payment method, and phone number/email address, to kate@ere.net.

Who is attending the conference?

We post a list of some of the better known companies that will be in attendance at www.erexpo.com/attendees. Expect to meet a group primarily composed of corporate recruiting managers, staffing directors, and other HR executives (at our last conference, for example, over 85% of attendees held the title of manager or above). Attendees typically hail from large, Fortune 1000 corporations.
