*Conference Only Pass orders include admission to the exhibit hall, all networking receptions and lunches, and all general sessions, keynote sessions, and breakout sessions on September 10 & 11. Pre-conference workshops are not included in this pass and require an additional registration and fee.

**For Conference Only Pass orders, the first ticket will be charged the "Conference Only Pass" price and each additional attendee thereafter will be charged at the "Each Additional Attendee" price.

***To receive discounted price, registrations must be paid in full by the discount deadline.

****Travel Inclusive Package includes a full conference pass, airline ticket from anywhere in the continental United States to and from the event to be booked through FCm Travel and two hotel nights at the conference hotel, the Westin Diplomat. These packages must be reserved no later than August 1, 2009. To register for this all-inclusive registration, please contact Kate Bruener at (212) 671-1181 x 805 or Amy Berry at (212) 671-1181 x 813. Please note that the full conference pass does not include pre-conference workshops on September 9, 2009. However those can be added for an additional charge. Airline travel booked through FCm Travel will be for one coach class ticket and must be booked under $400.00. For those tickets that cannot be booked for under $400.00, attendee may be charged the additional amount to cover the ticket. Hotel reservations at the Westin Diplomat include room and tax only and do not include incidental charges. Attendee will be required to provide their own credit card upon check in to cover incidental charges such as internet, meals charged to the room and movies. Cancellations for those registering for the Conference + Travel Package may be made for a full refund less a $800 cancellation fee; however, no refunds will be given after August 10, 2009. Airline Tickets will remain in the name of the registrant and can be used for future travel. If you need to cancel, you can do so by emailing a cancellation notice, along with your order confirmation number, name of attendee, payment method, and phone number/email address, to kate@ere.net.
