How do you transform your recruiting department into a world-class hiring organization? What trends do you need to be aware of for 2009 and beyond? Who should attend?

The conference is geared toward leaders within corporate recruiting organizations, including:

  • Staffing directors and VPs
  • Recruitment managers and senior recruiters
  • HR leaders
  • Talent management and acquisition professionals
  • Directors of diversity, college recruiting, employee referrals, and other talent-related corporate programs
  • Technology decision-makers

While the focus of the conference is on top-level issues of interest to managers, directors, and executives, frontline recruiters and sourcing strategists will have much to gain as well. You should review the agenda carefully and decide for yourself whether the content will help you fulfill your organizational and professional goals.

How can I convince my boss that I should attend?
Three words: return on investment. The investment is low - a conference ticket costs no more than a few job postings. But depending on your goals for 2008, the returns can be huge. What are those goals? Think about the impact hiring one additional top performer in a key position would have on your bottom line. Think about the benefits that building a best-of-breed employer brand will have on your recruiting and sourcing efforts. Whatever your goals are, assign a dollar value to succeeding in them, and then decide whether or not ERE Expo 2008 Fall will help you in that effort. We think you'll leave the conference, as one attendee at a previous conference put it, "...on a major crusade to change the face of recruiting at my company."
