The ERE Network: An Online Community of Recruiting and Staffing Professionals
For over five years, thousands of recruiters and other staffing professionals have subscribed to the Electronic Recruiting Exchange and participated in its forum, making ERE one of the recruiting industry's largest and most heavily trafficked online communities.
Until recently, this vast community of recruiting professionals was largely invisible to its own members. But with the introduction of ERE's newest feature the ERE Network that's about to change.
If you're already an ERE subscriber, log-in now to start using the ERE Network. If you're not an ERE subscriber, create a profile and sign-up today for free!
Just follow these quick steps to get started:
- Activate your profile!
Once you've activated your profile (making it visible to the ERE Network) you'll be able to view other members' profiles and take full advantage of the ERE Network.
- Update your profile.
Tell the ERE Network about yourself. Highlight your accomplishments and areas of expertise, and let other recruiting professionals know what your networking interests are. View your public profile when you're done!
- Find other members of the ERE Network.
Look up friends or colleagues in the recruting industry to see if they've already joined. Or make new connections by searching for other recruiting professionals who work in your industry and geographic region or who share your interests.
- Grow your personal network.
Add your friends and colleagues to your personal network when you find them (use the appropriate link on the "what can I do?" bar).
- Write a testimonial about someone you know.
Don't make the rest of the network take your friend's word for it how great they are. Tell everyone yourself by posting a testimonial for your friends and colleagues!
- Send a private email message to another member.
The ERE Message Center allows you to communicate with other members via email. Since emails are sent directly to and from the Message Center, no email addresses are ever revealed. This helps us protect the privacy of the entire ERE Network!
- Invite other recruiting professionals to join the ERE Network.
If you can't find one of your friends or colleagues on the ERE Network, enter their email address here and they'll be sent an invitation to join the ERE Network and become part of your personal network.
- Let us know what you think!
If you've got an idea for a new feature, if you notice an error, or if you just have a question or comment, send us an email and give us your thoughts.
