Doug is right: it is definitely that time of year for self-development. I would encourage recruiters not only to read my book, but to consistently work on recruitment, sales skills, and time management. If you would like a list of recommended reading, please let me know at info@RecruitmentTrainingInternational.com. If you go to my website and order Recruit! receive free shipping and handling.

David,
Thanks for your efforts on behalf of recruiters everywhere. Your training skills are based on your actual recruiting experience around the globe and they are most helpful.
I urge everyone to take up the opportunity to read David's quick read book and become a Top Biller!
I agree, it's critical for recruiters to continue developing their skills in the best practices they'll need to succeed. I also recommend that all recruiters become board certified through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).
