Facebook recruiting - Fun and Games?

posted by
Mo Edjlali (715)

Are you recruiting or thinking of recruiting on Facebook?   Most people are not looking for jobs on Facebook they're looking to goof off according to Erick Schonfeld @ TechCrunchs take on recent application development trends! - full article : http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/05/02/on-facebook-girls-and-boys-just-want-to-have-fun/

What’s that mean to you?  Well if you're investing in recruiting in facebook a classified type banner add / text add is probably not going to work.  According to the application trends you're better off with a silly game where you bonk your boss on the head, or a flesh eating talent zombie - you folks "goofing of" on facebook know what i'm talking about! ;)
