Scott Weaver is the Recruiting Manager for CUMMING, an international full-service Construction Management Firm. He manages all Talent Acquisition duties for CUMMING and possesses in-depth knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) marketplace. Scott has a background as a top producer while working both sides of the desk in 3rd-party staffing. He has a strong passion for recruitment processes, brand management, and relationship development, but holds true to one idea: Getting the right people on the bus. He is extremely straight-forward in his approach to recruiting as well as management so that all stakeholders know exactly what to expect.
