Hank Stringer (hank@hire.com) is the president and founder of Hire.com. He brings two decades of experience as a successful high-tech industry recruiter, entrepreneur, and innovator in the use of information technology in the recruitment and employment process. Hank founded Hire.com in 1996 in an effort to form scalable recruitment relationships through the use of the Net. He was formerly president and cofounder of Pedley-Stringer, Inc., a highly successful recruitment firm he established with partner, Sally Pedley. He has also served as the internal recruiter to both Tandem and Dell Computers during key challenges and corporate growth phases.
