Starbucks, UPS, Ernst & Young, IBM, Lowe’s, Merck, Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, OfficeMax, Wells Fargo, and others share their “leading practices” for recruiting and employing (onboarding, training, retaining) people with disabilities.
