Kudos to Megan Graham and Ed Hidalgo at Qualcomm for helping employees with career exploration. We agree that some employees need "the tools and know how to unleash their own engagement." We also believe that building peer career communities can extend the idea of career exploration by providing support for self-directed communities of peers. Would love to chat about this concept. Connect with us at www.careercollaborators.com or to download our white paper "The Career-Friendly Organization"

That was a great idea for a company to do because if you help educate and train your employees they tend to stay longer. I also believe career centers are great resources as well. I just started using the Workforce1 in NYC- The Bronx last week and I find myself going at least once a week now.
